At Sushi Telecom, we understand that employees may not always use all their Paid Time Off (PTO) days within the calendar year. Our carry-over policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring that employees take the time they need to recharge.
Carry Over Policy for Unused PTO
- Maximum Carry Over: Employees can carry over a maximum of 5 unused PTO days into the next calendar year.
- Usage Deadline: Any PTO days carried over must be used within the first 6 months of the following year. After this period, any unused carried-over days will expire.
