At Sushi Telecom, the health and safety of our employees is our top priority. If you suspect that you have COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive, please follow the guidelines outlined below to ensure your safety and the safety of your colleagues.
Steps to Take if You Think You Have COVID-19
Stay Home:
If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, loss of taste or smell, etc.), it is important to stay home and avoid contact with others.
Notify Your Supervisor:
Inform your direct supervisor or the HR department as soon as possible about your symptoms and your decision to stay home. This helps us manage workplace safety and staffing.
Get Tested:
Schedule a COVID-19 test as soon as possible. You can obtain a test at local testing centers, pharmacies, or through your healthcare provider.
If you test positive for COVID-19, follow the isolation guidelines provided by your healthcare provider and local health authorities.
Follow Isolation Guidelines:
If you test positive, you should isolate yourself from others for at least 5 days (or longer if symptoms persist). Monitor your symptoms and seek medical attention if they worsen.
Return to Work:
You may return to work after completing your isolation period if:
At least 5 days have passed since your symptoms first appeared or since your positive test (if asymptomatic).
You have been fever-free for at least 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medications.
Your symptoms have improved.
Consider wearing a mask for an additional 5 days after returning to work to protect others.
Contact HR for Support:
If you have any questions about your sick leave, benefits, or workplace policies related to COVID-19, please reach out to the HR team for assistance.
