• Eligibility: employees are eligible for a sabbatical after completing 72 months (6 years) of continuous employment with Sushi Telecom.
• Duration: Eligible employees can take a 6-week sabbatical.
• Usage: The sabbatical can be used for various purposes, such as travel, personal projects, volunteering, or further education.
